NEW ULM, Minn. — Authorities nationwide are on the lookout for a mother and her 13-year-old cancer-stricken son who fled after refusing the chemotherapy that doctors say could save the boy's life.

Colleen Hauser and her son, Daniel, who has Hodgkin's lymphoma, apparently left their southern Minnesota home sometime after a Monday doctor's appointment and X-ray showed his tumor had grown.

Very interesting.

On one hand, I don't have much respect for people don't care for their children, I find it fascinating that a society that says you can kill your unborn child, because "it's your body", even going so far as to allow under aged girls to do this without the parents knowing....

Is the same society that says a court can force a parent to take a child to get medical treatment that they do not believe in.

Very interesting actually.
