Considering the standard of protest symbology that was established over the last 8 years, this is pretty mild stuff. Dolls with blood? Ooooooh.

Forget the last 8 years--go to the Lincoln Museum in Springfield and check out some of the political cartoons that were in newspapers after he become president.

No. I'm not going to forget the last 8 years.

Respectful protests, fine. Thoughtful op-ed pieces, I'm all for it.

But pushing a baby doll covered in face blood across the Notre Dame campus. Got to hell.

I don't know if you are aware how incredibly difficult it is to get accepted to Notre Dame. The graduates have worked their asses off for years. Now they have the honor of having a sitting President speak at their graduation. My God, how incredible would that be!

The Bishops have said their piece. Now let it go, and let the graduates enjoy their day!
Ah, so you want people to exercise their right to free speech only in the manner you approve? Was any private property damaged? Anyone injured?

Let the poor guy have his bitterness. All these bizarre attacks on President Obama are a reaction to the fact that the American people threw their people out of office, preferring our people to them.

I actually feel bad in a way for posters like Triad, they have nothing left but bitterness and anger.

    Me neither--trust me.

I just found the Political Cartoons at the Lincoln Mesuem very telling about another period in our history when the country was divided along political lines.

So, don't forget the last 8 years, just check the museum in Springfield if you're out that way. Interesting stuff.
