    I never did.

Can you provide evidence of mainstream conservatives who did?

No.1: What do these pics show that we have not already seen and published on the cover of magazines?

No.2: If we already released some why not others?

No.3: Is this a trick by Obama suggesting that this never happens under his watch?

No.4: Why did the liberals INSIST on publishing pictures like these under Bush?
    It's nothing more than X's and O's.

    Cheney holding a detainee down.

Rumsfeld pouring the water on the detainee's head.

BO will release those photos. And he will do it with pleasure.

He is playing a political game at the moment. What he does, he does to benefit himself.

Dumb Question, for all those falling over to applaud Obama, and the real reason for my skeptisism of this... report.

Obama and Co. promised to release this stuff. The People in the know went "Hey woah, bad idea boss, really, national security, troop security and really... not a good idea."

For weeks "These pictures will come out" we heard. Now, after the WH takes a look at them, they decide to listen to the Military and others about how bad an idea it is?

Either the pictures show things that even they have to go "woah, yeah... can't really release this". OR... they aren't the useful tools for the political games.

You decide what you want, but the question remains... what was it about seeing them that changed their minds?

I distrust Obama, I think his judgment is suspect and his motives purly political, thus I draw a different conclusion then those that admire him. But that doesn't change the fact of the timing.
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.

Other then serving as the Far Lefts porn the release of such things while at war only aids the enemy.
The signature I created before Obama was elected says it all.

But then, the notion that Obama won't flip flop on this issue as he has done on many others requires willful denial in my opinion.

The President would be the last to excuse the actions depicted in these photos. That is why the Department of Defense investigated these cases, and why individuals have been punished through prison sentences, discharges, and a range of other punitive measures. But the President strongly believes that the release of these photos, particularly at this time, would only serve the purpose of inflaming the theaters of war, jeopardizing US forces, and making our job more difficult in places like Iraq and Afghanistan
    Block photos?
    Why? What BS.
Can it really be worse than Abu Ghraib?

I assume releasing photos showing soldiers abusing detainees would be bad seeing he'll be in a majority Muslim country next month .... :/

    It'll come out eventually ...

Who's blaming him? We just find his partisan BS rhetoric and attempts so far to illustrate how easy it was to be a Community Organizer, but being President is now a whole new world for him.

But alas, it is too late for this new reverse course; the courts have ordered it thanks to the political posturing of the American Liberal Civil Liberties Union and Liberals who continue to farcically believe that this hurts Republicans and Bush, and whose only purpose is to continue the gradual destruction of the USA and conversion of it to the United Community Organization of the States.

After all, anyone with even 1/2 a brain has to ask themselves; what is the purpose to be gained by making these photos public? What possible purpose is there to making the legal justifications for "enhanced interrogation" methods?

It is only unclear to those who continue to lie, distort the facts or wallow in willful denial.
