Evidence is something that is presented in court. I'm making allegations and am a layperson not a lawyer. I am speaking from my own perspective and knowledge which is informed by watching/reading continuous news from all media that are not blatently biased and some that are biased punctuated with drama, science and history. Interpolate, extrapolate, evaluate.

Withholding that money could bankrupt the state causing real harm to a lot of people. (excuse the assumption but it is one the administration is using to justify the stimulus in the first place) Let's see...my feeble logic construes that to be extortion. The supreme court already ruled on a similar issue of withholding highway funds if the states didn't enact suitable federally mandated highway regulations. The democrats have the purse strings.

Actually, this has been stated in the media. Can't remember exactly when or by whom. Perhaps you have time to review all the tape from during the election from CNN, HNN, Fox News, MSNBC, BBC and local media. I have neither the access, nor the time. I just have to rely on my memory. I don't recall the Mafia saying that they had a criminal racketeering enterprise ongoing either.

DA's don't bring charges for fun. They have evidence that leads them to believe they can argue and win a case in court and that is the presumption.

The President organized, trained and advised ACORN as their lawyer. The similarities between their apparent MO and his are not a coincidence. Wow, an entire comment without a personal attack. Well, there is the fantasy thing.

If you like I'll task the resource service if you pay. I have the ability to back it up, but it being other peoples jobs to act on the information, I simply stay well informed, try to influence people, behave civilly and vote. There you go impugning me personally again.

Now here is a peculiar fact. You have not presented the least iota of evidence in rebuttal to any of my statements. Sure have a pretty presentation though. By the tone of ridicule throughout I'd say, although again I have no proof, that you studied the Saul Alinsky method of debate. I don't know if I misspelled his name, but I sure hope so.

You guys do know they are under fraud investigations as well as facing other charges in 15 or so states
You also do realize President are not elected by popular vote but by electoral votes?
I do hope you do realize if one district in a state has 100 fake votes out of 1500 voters. Its can easily skew the district to supporting someone it did not.

The worst Candidate for any Office Al Franken may become a senator because of these people.

IOW its not all about Obama except for Obama supporters who clearly cannot handle anything being negative related to him

I like AL Franken though. he makes me laugh, which makes him more useful than most politicians.

Sorry, I just do not see a conspiracy here. Investigate away, but I will be amazed if there is any broad conspiracy.
 
This subject seems to have fallen by the wayside. I did see on O'Reilly (I watch) and Beck (I had to stop watching) some interviews and other information that seems to, at least a little, lead me to believe that there is something going on. If there was no Democrat party connection why did the NY Times blow off the story which was provided to them by a DC officer of ACORN. O'Reilly say that Louisiana authorities are invistigating the financial tendrils down there. I hope so. Follow the money!

Our political system may have a tradition based on the activities of Tammany Hall and dirty organized crime ridden Chicago, but that's no reason not to attack it when you see it.

Here's a news flash for you... there is a reason O'Reilly is on FAUX NEWS... and he's only marginally less rightwingnut than Beck. This is why you can't come up with any facts or evidence, you take what you hear from FAUX NEWS and think the opinions they proffer as facts.

Well excuse me for questioning the opinions of such a well rounded individual whose tag line disagrees with his "Lean:" by many many degrees. I would not feel very well qualified to opinionate if I based my life philosophy on a song by a band of stoners. I suppose you must consider the Doobies as more sagacious than the moral leaders of human history. I do not rely on Fox for my news. I peruse the internet and news channel surf constantly. If you did the same you might be better informed.

Bottom line. . .there has been no substance to your rant against me and you did not address one of the issues involved.
