    Honestly if they redefine the incarcerations of the people to exclude "interrogation" methods AND including affording them rights of prisoners so their lawyers can see them along with family, then holding them there isn't a concern with me until the trials. However, such trials need to happen fairly quickly meaning sometime in the next year, not the next 20 years.

    Why not just release them into Cuba? Castro did the same thing to us in 1982 with Mariel Harbor.
