China says it will quarantine all those who travelled on a flight from Mexico with a man suffering from swine flu, in a bid to curb the spread of the virus.
The 25-year-old man flew to Hong Kong via Shanghai on Thursday, and was admitted to hospital.
Beijing said it would put his fellow passengers under week-long observation. It also suspended flights from Mexico.
It seems to be spreading rather quickly.

SEATTLE -- One more probable case of swine flu has been identified in King County and three more in Snohomish County, bringing the total of probable cases to 16 in Washington state.
In an afternoon press conference, director of King County's Public Health office Dr. David Fleming said the latest probable case is a 9-year-old Des Moines girl. Midway Elementary will be closed next week in connection to this latest case.
Fleming also said over 100 specimens are currently in a state lab waiting H1N1/swine flu testing.
Probable cases of N1H1 and their locations:
King County:
# (9 probable and 2 suspected) Seattle boy from Madrona K-8 School and his two siblings
# 37-year-old pediatrician from Seattle who treated 22 patients at a Mill Creek clinic and possibly her two children
# 27-year-old Seattle man
# Two children ages 8-12
# Woman in her 20s
# 9-year-old Des Moines girl
Fleming says there are suspected because those people were in direct contact with someone with the flu's symptoms.
Snohomish County:
# 3-year-old boy who recently traveled from Mexico
# 34-year-old woman
# 29-year-old woman from Everett
# 29-year-old woman from Edmonds
# 35-year-old man of Mountlake Terrace
Spokane County:
# A man in his 40s who recently traveled to California, the Spokesman-Review reported.
# One other person
