Damn, you just don't when to quit do you? Your testosterone took over.Incorrect. You simply threw a tantrum at my explanation as to how your proposal is dangerous and why my alternative was a long term better solution for everyone.
If you do not want people to point out how your arguments and belief systems are inherently reliant on double standards and hypocrisy, then don't make it public. It's very simple. Don't open your mouth if you know that what you will say will make you look like a fool.
Given how the rest of your posts don't make sense, I'm not going to ask for how you expect that to make sense.
Just to reiterate:
The proposal to capture, imprison and try those without the consent of their government off the coast of that country sets a dangerous precedent that can and likely will be used against us. While the Somalian government has given permission to stop pirate attacks, to my knowledge as of it this day, they have not given us or anyone else the explicit right to imprison and try. Currently the US is doing this anyways. But it does not mean the rest of the world should enforce a weak precedent. If a US citizen was captured, tried, imprisoned and possibly executed without the US's consent for a crime, how would you feel? Do you think that Blackwater security guards should be captured, imprisoned and tried in Iraq?
It's a simple question, why are you so adamant against answering it?
