Why all the fuss about slavery of the past? How about going after the slavers of today? It still occurs in Africa, and more than a few Arab countries import labor and treat them like slaves.

#3 Africa has little or nothing to do with this converstaion and your comments are fallacy at best.

If you want to talk avout slavery in the Africa, cool. This debate has nothing at all to do with it and is again nothing but fallacy at it's best.
Oh hell no. You bandied out the little slavery argument, now you're knee deep in it.

You don't get to pick and choose the desirable parts that you think support your feeble attempt at an argument here.

#1 If we are talking about laying blame then yes, the origins of slavery are RELEVANT.

#2 The affects of slavery in America are not unique to America alone.

#3 If African Americans and slaves from Africa are at the center of the conversation, then Africa has EVERYTHING to do with this conversation.

You can throw the word fallacy around all you like but you are only proving you don't know what fallacy means, either.

Jesus Christ, your reading comprehension is horrendous. I did not say "I would educate them". I said I would "want to educate them." Once you grasp this, it will all make sense.

Hey moron go back and read everything I said. If you can point out someplace I mentioned the evils of slavery or slavery in other than the US you mite have a point.

We have similar points of view, so it makes sense that we would understand where the other is coming from. I'm sorry this perturbs you.

No, I just get annoyed when people misquote me multiple times. I'm sure you would, too.

There is no reason to be perturbed over similar sized intellects banding together in their ignorance.

No they are not relevant to the racial problems in modern America.

Please read that statement back to yourself.

No it does not. Slaves were brought from Africa and that is were the American story begins as far as the society of modern blacks and our problems today.
