Obviously Obama was too busy celebrating Irans National Nuke Day.

As POTUS, he doesn't have time to concern himself with a few silly swashbucklers off the coast of his homeland.

Kinda looks like most of our conservative contingent listened to Limpballs show yesterday, blaming Obama for the hijacking. Either that or echo chamber radio sent out a memo.
The haggardness of poverty is everywhere seen contrasted with the sleekness of wealth, the exhorted labor of some compensating for the idleness of others, wretched hovels by the side of stately colonnades, the rags of indigence blended with the ensigns of opulence; in a word, the most useless profusion in the midst of the most urgent wants.Jean-Baptiste Say

The same way everyone claims... speculation and interpretation of articles/news.

As usual, Obama could have passed a national test and just said *something* relevant. Once again, he fails as a "great communicator." The crew took that ship back. They didn't need to wait for Rookie Obama to send anyone.
You honestly think they would have waited for Adapt Bush? Or Clinton? That's a completely horrible argument against Obama.

Today the captain attempted to escape the dingy. He jumped overboard and was swimming towards the navy ship. The dingy is without fuel and dead in the water. The captain was recaptured by the muslem Somali pirates. How did they recapture him. Did they also jump in the water and swim after him? And why didn't the navy simply shoot the pirates once he escaped.

Here is what I don't understand. There are four pirates right. Four Navy SEAL sharpshooters, and four bullets fired simultaneously could end this standoff. Why hasn't this happened yet?

Why not, you liberals blamed Bush for everything that went wrong in the world during his administration. In fact many of you are still blaming Bush for things he has no control over today.

Would that be similar to those of you who blamed everything on Regan?

The pirates have human rights, and killing them would be wrong. We need to resolve this peacefully through proper negotiations.

*end sarcasm* obviously the Navy didn't have authorization to shoot, and if the Capt. ends ups dead at the end of this, I sure as hell hope people demand to know why our military was unable to do it's job and kill these scum bags.
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.
