This the kind of "study" where you can easily control the data and ignore contributing factors to shape any conclusion desired. This wasn't a study. It's a new ad campaign in a downward economy.

Not all places are like that, but Boston is REALLY bad about that which can work in the customer's favor. Whenever I have an issue iam just extra nice to the customer service people and they are usually so glad to not have to deal with a screamer they'll take care of the problem and then some.
