    Let me ask you:

    1. What do regions and countries do to entice jobs and development?
    2. What did Reagan do to unlock masses of wealth and the prosperity that followed?
    3. Since when is it government's money?

So, as we begin, let us take inventory. We are a nation that has a government--not the other way around. And this makes us special among the nations of the Earth. Our government has no power except that granted it by the people. It is time to check and reverse the growth of government, which shows signs of having grown beyond the consent of the governed. So did you honestly expect him to have fulfilled every single campaign promise he made within the first two months of his administration?

Educate their people, oppose unionization, crack down on corruption, develop an infrastructure, and strike a good balance between oppressive regulations and a corporate free-for-all.

Cut taxes from a punitive 70% top rate, and increased government spending. And even so, I wouldn't say that these policies were the principle causes of that. The main cause was globalization, driven by the collapse of communism (which opened up half the world to trade) and the internet.

The problem is, he made some promises during the campaign, regarding his behavior during his presidency, and these votes are happening now, during the early stages of his presidency. The "Sunlight Before Signing" promise from the campaign ? Out the window. Essentially, he did promise to NOT do a few things, during his whole presidency, and in the first two months of his administration, he has gone ahead and done them. Regarding the particular topic of the thread, I personally think that he has about 3 years to bring about that promised tax relief, for 95% of americans, as a net condition during his presidency. To clarify, he can't drop taxes on the way out the door and get credit for fulfilling the promise, but on the the other hand, if by the end of his first term, 95 % of americans have seen their taxes drop, then he can be said to have made good on that particular campaign promise. That could happen overall, even if this tax credit doesn't get in there in this first year, but it becomes less likely.

Sunlight Before Signing: Too often bills are rushed through Congress and to the president before the public has the opportunity to review them. As president, Obama will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days.

So "cut taxes for 95% of Americans" actually meant "two-time stimulus payments for something more like 80% of Americans before we allow that and the Bush tax cuts to expire, thus raising taxes on the majority of people."

    Hm.
Considering the amount of spending this administration is making, it has to be made up somehow, which means raising taxes. A better approach would have been to not spend the money in the first place, then the tax cuts would be sustainable. In either case, I am sure that the banksters won't be suffering at all. They already got theirs.

It will be interesting to see what the time table for,"criticism of BARRY", is. I`m just going to go ahead and break the lefts policy of,"no bashing the dimoratic POTUS", and take my lumps as they come. BARRY is an idiot on all fronts... There.
