    I guess I don't understand the word nutrition. Don't we need LESS nutritition to compensate for the vast quantities of high nutrition foods our obese population consumes?
    Saw an article last year about samoans going back to their native diet, and shunning burgers and fries. They could eat a large platter of native foods and lose weight, or eat one burger/fry combo a day and get fatter.
    Clearly the native foods have less nutrition per pound or measure of mass....and are better for them....
    So, less nutrition is better, right?
