All homosexuals should be stoned to death, says Muslim preacher of hate

He said: 'If a man likes another man, it can happen, but if you go on to fulfil your desire, if it is proved, then there is a punishment to follow. You don't stone to death unless there are four eyewitnesses. It is a very stringent procedure.

'There are some people who are attracted to donkeys but that does not mean it is right.'

Choudary was speaking at a press conference in London arranged by Muslim extremists to justify their protest in Luton last week against soldiers returning home from Iraq.

This is the same guy who led the protest against the British soldiers recently. I'm all for free speech just so long as it doesn't call upon others to commit acts of violence. I hope MI6 is watching this guy and his hangers on very carefully.

It's time to deport his ass back to terrorist land.

Agent Ferris posted(I think he's a convert and a naturalized British citizen so there's nowhere to deport him to.)

First of all I doubt very much that he is a convert, what would he have converted from with a name like that?
Judaism?, Christianity?, or some other religion?
His name indicates that either he or his parents originated in Pakistan and are lifelong Muslim's.

If his parents emigrated to the UK and he was born in the UK then he cannot be deported.
If however he was not born in the UK but instead was an immigrant to the UK and subsequently took on British Citizenship, then it is possible that the UK authorities can strip his British Citizenship from him and then deport him back to from whence he came.

It's traditional for one to change his name when he converts (or revert as the Muslims would have it) to Islam, Cashus Clay = Mohammed Ali.

That's true but I'm pretty sure he's a convert.

I am fairly certain that this crosses the line into a criminal act. He directly calls for murder. Hating homosexuality is fine, even wanting them to die is fine, but calling for a stoning in not. Free speech does not allow for direct death threats. If a random gay guy said " Choudary should be stoned to death" that is a crime, it should be no different in the reverse. Death threats are not acceptable in a functioning democracy, regardless of their source.

OK the wiki article on Mr. Choudary shows that he's not a convert and that you're right he is of Pakistani heritage but it doesn't say where he was born.

I say deport his useless ass back to urdu land.

I do too but that's impossible if he is a naturalized British citizen in which case I don't see any recourse, I mean even if they do arrest him for incitement to violence what's the sentence for that? Probably less than a year and then he'll be back on the streets after having spent the last few months gaining new Jihadi recruits in the British prison system. Hopefully now that he's being watched (as I would hope that he is) MI6 can find some charges that can send his ass on a one way trip to Gitmo....oh wait, ****ing Obama. lmfao

Quite obviously Vader has no belief in the rule of Law.

Once the rule of Law is ignored, we all become slaves to whomsoever takes control of society.
Now if this is the type of system you wish to live under, you are welcome to it.
For myself, I wish the rule of Law to be upheld.

I have forgotten more about the law then most people will ever know.

It was merely wishful thinking on my part.

This guy is the Western EU representative for I'm-in-a-Jihad.
Perhaps Obama would like to send him a video too.
Give him an "Overcharge" button.
Have him meet with Reverend Wright to tailor his message.
Send Axelrod and Khalidi over to help him learn the ways of Alinsky.
Polish up that pent up resentment so it's not sooooooooo obvious.
Package you up Mr. I Wanna Stone Gays so you can spread the Gospel.

Yes we can... now is the time... now is the time...

I think much of the left is going to be a bit confused about this one.
They love the fact Mr. I Wanna Stone Gays hates the military and was united... as one... with the Left when they attacked Bush and Blair, but now he's calling on stoning one of their constituent groups. :(

One of the home team.

What to do?

Then surely Westboro Baptist church should be ruins in the ground by now? Man, I would love that.

They say God hates fags and will strike them down. Which is kinda different. I mean....you can't threaten people with stoning...but threaten them with divine retribution and it's like....well alright that's okay. ****ed up I know. But it's not the same thing at all. Your comment would be better if it was directed at the Christians who blame attacks like 9/11 on gay people....

It still incites hatred, which in turn can lead to the harm doing of homosexuals. You can still threaten a community indirectly.

Well yeah but it's not the same thing as saying 'Stone homosexuals'. One is by God. The other by people. Like I said. The comparisons fail. Westborough hides behind the whole 'God is powerful' shtick. So they can't be touched. Saying God will strike unrepentant homosexuals down is perfectly within Christian dogma. They do not hide the fact that if you don't live a Christian life you don't get to go to heaven. That's COMPLETELY different then actively telling people that Muslim men & women should stone homosexuals to death. I'd agree a lot more if we were talking about Jerry Falwell who did incite hate against homosexuals by telling people they were responsible for 9/11(**** his apology. Nobody says something like that without meaning it).

"You don't stone to death unless there are four eyewitnesses"

Sounds like he likes to watch gay porn. He better be careful lest someone throw a few rocks his way.

This is the same guy who led the protest against the British soldiers recently.

I didn't see that bit in the report - however he has a whole catalogue of other things to his record like threatening British Jews, organising funds for terrorist and apparently two groups he has set up were classified as terrorist.

I'm pretty certain he's under close watch. If he isn't, then someone needs sacking pretty fast.

According to my sources, police in the UK are currently tracking more than 2,000 known terrorists and 200 terror cells. 35 cells are in London and another 80 are in the Birmingham area. The UK authorities have a database of more than 10,000 other British citizens and residents around the country with links to known terrorists.

In the US I am not sure anything would happen to him since we do not have hate speech laws(it contradicts the whole free speech thing to have hate speech laws) , in Europe where they do not value free speech he might be sentenced to life in prison for what he has said.

According to my sources..

You have good sources Tashah, and forgive me the unusual compliment. ;)

Well for a start he hasn't been arrested and isn't likely to be until he calls for death on British troops or British Jews. He's been very careful so far but as I said previously - two of the groups he set up have been disbanded or banned as terrorist groups.

Better to keep watch and see who he draws to him than arrest him and they go underground.

Perhaps ... somebody should notify his terrorist ass that if anybody gets stoned to death ... he gets the same.

That should tighten his terrorist sphencter!

Freedom of speech and then there is hate speech.

Why are we not jailing him??
If he wishes to say whatever he wants without thought, go to US where they protect it but inside UK we have hate speech laws which should prevent these types of incidents.

I understand that, however, it is against the law to call ones followers to violence, that's not hate speech that's incitement to violence.
