CNN) -- An explosion in downtown Bozeman, Montana, damaged three businesses Thursday morning, but there were no immediate reports of injuries, fire officials said.

The blast occurred about 8:15 a.m. MT (10:15 a.m. ET) on the town's Main Street, said Fire Chief Jason Shrauger.

One of the downtown businesses, a bar and restaurant, was destroyed in the explosion, according to CNN affiliate KBZK-TV in Bozeman.

I just thought I'd post about this since it happened in my town. Apparently there was a gas leak and the building exploded when someone came in this morning and turned a light on. The force of the explosion blew out the windows of shops within a two block radius. There is debris everywhere. They have yet to find the source of the gas leak and are currently digging out the gas lines in the alley behind the business. There are reports of one casualty and no official reports of, but I've heard that there are many people at the hospital injured and the entire downtown area of Bozeman has been evacuated because of toxic fumes. I'll post more info as I find it out.

Damn that sucks!

Hatuey wants you to partake in fume-breathing.

That is an unfortunate event. I hope for speedy recovery.

No, I didn't take it. I wish I could get a pic that good. A ton of pics are floating around twitter and that was the one that people kept raving about. I would have credited it but I couldn't find any info about who took it or anything. Actually I didn't even know about it until my wife called me and said that her entire building shook. She's like two blocks away from it.

Someone did mark off the areas affected by the blast on Google maps. Unfortunately that's all I've been able to find. The whole area around the buildings has been evacuated so there aren't anymore good close pics coming in, but I'll post more if I find them. Anyway, here's the link.
