Antiwar groups want Obama to forget pledge

No.
I believe the Afghanistan war was legit. Look up some of my posts back in '05-'06.

I think Pecan pie is legitimate as hell, I guess y'all don't share the same view.

My fault.

Hey, I am from New England and I LOVE pecan pie, along with peach cobbler a la mode. Yummy.

:2wave:

Just wanted to jump on the I heart Canada bandwagon. What they did for us on 9/11 alone endears them to the US forever IMO.

My mother makes pecan pie from my grandmother's (her mother) pecan tree in her back yard.

So President Balack O'Banana will get all troops out of Iraq in 18 months was his pre-election blabber. What now liberals? Per your fearless leader we are in Iraq for the very long haul. 50,000 troopsis nothing to sneeze at and 17,000 more to the war next door. HA-HA-HA
This is a great example of pulling the wool over our eyes. Oh, by the way
O'Banana said two days ago he will make certain these bail out dollars will be distributed to good causes. Is $175,000,000 to the National Basketball Association a "good"cause? This bailout money the NBA will borrow from is from the Bank of Amercia which your tax dollars contributed in their bailout. More mink coats and Cadillac Escalades for our precious basketball players.

What is wrong with Bank of America giving out a loan?

TO the NBA? Isn't that sorta one of those "high risk loans" they were to avoid?

The NBA loan was a private bank loan. You realize that that's the exact thing that the lending to banks was designed to encourage, right?

(But they're black...)

You know, that comment shows just how bloody ignorant you are. Are you aware that Canadians have been stationed in Afghanistan since the start of that war, fighting for our American friends? Over 100 Canadian soldiers have lost their lives, yet you have no problem calling us *****fists? How disgraceful.

Okay, maybe I am missing something here, but where does James or this article say anything about the Canadian commitment in Afghanistan???

I am reading this article as being about nut bags like Code Pink and see NOTHING in there impugning Canadians. Help me out here.
