    Well then maybe that would light a fire under their asses to reform the tort system. It would certainly keep malpractice costs down.

    I would completely support restrictions on the amount of money plaintiffs can get from malpractice cases (against the government or against private doctors/companies). I think they should be entitled to 100% of their medical bills and no more than $1M for pain and suffering or $5M for a wrongful death.

    Well, I suppose if the baby doesn't have a beak and some feathers nobody is none the worse.

    Besides, who can tell? They shoulda just kept their pieholes shut. They all look the same to me.
