Apparently two men were arrested in some connection with the bushfires sweeping Australia. CNN says the death toll is currently 181 or so and it may go up to 300.

They were soon released with no charges.

If this is a criminal act, whoever is convicted, what kind of sentence do you think that person/those people should should get?
