US unemployment rate reaches 7.6%

Does the US number include American's that are too fat to work?

Do you want to continue to exchange insults?

WHOA! I was merely referencing the little riots you guys had over labor and the grievances of younger muslims.

I didn't realize you were full on menstrual today or I wouldn't have bothered, ms. midol.

There was no Muslim riots, never have been. There was protests by young people, of which a big part were maybe of north Africa descent (which don't mean they are Muslim btw) and these protests have turned a tad more violent than American's are use too, but fully with in normal protesting in Europe.

I guess from now on if there are few black people in any protest in the US then it is a black riot.. right? And if there is a hispanic in the mix then it is race riots if one person gets arrested or a rock is thrown? And if there are a bunch of christians in front of an abortion clinic shouting rude words and maybe a egg or 2, then it is a religious riot?

Every reliable news source indicated that the 2005 civil unrest had a core issue of integration of muslims into french society and the work force.

I'm sorry your hormones got the best of you.

A second part need be present or people with wealth will open their companies elsewhere. There is ample opportunity outside of Europe.

Part 2: The business owner needs be able to keep his profit should he make one.

Its not really a problem to start a business if you want to, but its not available for everyone, and it should be.. Most likely if you want to start a business in an average country in Europe, you need 3000€, you need to be prepared to run between 5-10 offices and fill out a variety of paperwork which needs to be in the exact right order for the next one to accept your paperwork. You will also have to go to a notarius in most cases, and as if this is not enough you have to fill out a dusin forms and be prepared to work on starting up your business for around a month. This is just not acceptable for normal people in a job, actually quite impossible.. I understand that businesses in 1960 could require a lot of money to be started up, but in this day and age a business start up capita of average 15.000€ to register the business makes no sense, when you can actually succeed with making a business with nothing but small chump change if you do it right.. So, for people with a lot of time and money to spare, 3000€(just for registration) and running between offices for a month every other day, and having a minimum start capita of 15.000€ is quite possible, but this procedure definetely excludes the regular guy/woman who just want to register a business and try their best at making it successfully. Thats the shame.

Part 2. Yes.. Most countries in Europe actually have low corporate tax rates, comparable to the US for example, while a handful have really awful tax burden on corporations, with approximately 50% and such. There is also another group with low direct tax burden but a lot of hidden costs, such as social contributions per dollar earned/per employer which makes it more difficult for small companies to succeed. Generally corporate taxation is not the biggest problem in Europe, but rather the business start up.
But then again, Europeans are free to start up a business in any country they want, but it would not make sense for all to go to Ireland to do that to have the 2nd easiest procedures in Europe, and the 2nd or 3rd lowest tax burden on their company.

In my opinion we need to coordinate business registration on a European level and set a framework for corporate taxations.

7.6% is not as bad as it could be. In 1933 during the great depression unemploment reached 25% in America. I think thats about were France is now isn't it?

Yeah it is.. But if you read the trends it will not be very long before the US is above 10%, and that is what is scary. And who knows where it can go from there?

Younger people, not Muslims.. Its a general problem for young Europeans, not just young Muslims. And afterall young Europeans out of work is in a great majority over young Muslims with the same people.

But then again, I guess American media cut and paste the one frame with Muslims, where everyone around them are white Europeans, to further their anti-Muslim agenda.

Dont forget about all the Muslim worker strikes hitting France constantly..

Uhh, actually, none of them are Muslim, and all mostly white, but if you focus in he right way, I am sure you can make that look like Muslim strikes as well.

During the Deprression the unemployment rate was 22%.

Officially, it was as high as 25% in 1932, but that number understates the amount of people who simply gave up looking for a job due to the gloomy conditions. 30% IMHO is a bit more accurate...

Yeah, right.. Trolling..

Anyways, a majority in that thread thought the building was incredibly cool/somewhat cool/ok..

Ummm, no. You and PeteEU run around this forum making any foul comment against America you like and then when someone points out the most obvious faults with the frogs and their country, PeteEU transforms into PeteMS and Maximus comes in screeching with his pom poms to cheer him on.

The riots of 2005 were centered around muslim angst. Deal with it.

That quote from BBC said FRENCH Riots btw. Not Muslim riots. It doesnt actually mention Muslims once. BBC NEWS | Europe | Timeline: French riots

Ridiculous.. You just cant handle the reality very well, for that I feel sorry FOR you, I would like to help you, but you just arent open to it.

What's ridiculous is that you don't even bother to actually read the ****ing article before you start flapping your gums.

I don't want your help. I have a perfectly good pair of eyes and do not need the blind to lead me.

Read it yourself and point me to where it says Muslims.. If you know anything about the reality the riots were not just Muslims, but young French in general, of which some are Muslims.

I never heard of any of those magazines(frontpagemagazine, outsidethebeltway, crisigroup. For all I know they could be extremist neo-con magazines. They bare no credibility to me..

Anyways I wasnt referring to those.. I was referring to this..

Is that including muslim riot days?

Perhaps in your fantasy version of reality.

You mean this fantasy as spun by the BBC?

Yeah, okay.

.... And then as an answer you post some links to neo-con anti-muslim sites rather than point to where it said Muslims in the first quote from BBC that you said proved that Muslims riots in Europe regularly and Muslim "riot days"..

I am on the verge of ignoring you as a second ignore after Hatuey, you have nothing substantial to say, just a bunch of spin and trolling. And even so all this is completely irrelevant to a thread about US unemployment..

How you troll...

I am on the verge of ignoring you as a second ignore after Hatuey,

Go for it, Big Time. Do you really think your impotent anger and idle threats concern me? You'll be back next time you need someone to defend you from the Germans. It's how Europeans roll when dealing with Americans.
