KNIGHTSVILLE, Ind. (WTHI) - Months ago, Rachel Jones was shocked to discover her 4-year-old's baby doll seemed to have a hidden message: Islam is the light.

Imagine her surprise when a game for her 8-year-old daughter's Nintendo DS had the same message.

Rachel said she bought the Nintendo game, Baby Pals, as a gift for her 8-year-old daughter after a good report card.

She had no idea the game also contained the hidden message "Islam is the light."

Alright, this is an odd one here and all I keep thinking of and laughing about is the Chinpokomon episode of South Park.

However, stories like this will hopefully make the market work. This game will get reviews for being possibly objectable becasue it have random religious statements such as this, and smart parents actually taking time to research what they buy their kids for even 5 minutes will see it and make an educated decision.

Somehow I guess trying to distract people by saying they have such gigantic penis is not going to work.

I think they were stretching for the "Satan is the King" one. But the thing about the Islam is the light thing is that it's the exact same thing that is in the DS game. Same audio and everything, sounds exactly alike. It's kinda messed up.

What is creepy is how BOTH toys saying the same thing are baby related. A baby doll and a video game about babies. It's a little disturbing.

They both bought the same baby babble that was for sale. Same way two ads might use the same photo if both companies purchased the same stock photo.

They must not have known it was an arab infant's babble. Probably bought it on the cheap. I can't believe we even import baby babble for christ's sake.

So

A few years ago I would be sitting up stairs in my childhood home listening to a favorite band of my named "Cursive". However, I found it extremely peculiar that whenever I would reach to a certain area of the song entitled "Sierra" (from The Ugly Organ) my mom would shout up the stairs "JEFF! SUPPERS READY"

This eventually stopped being peculiar and started becoming slightly scary.

One day I was in the car with my step-brother and we were rollin' around Chapel-Hill, and listening to Cursive. Eventually, we got to that same song and again I heard it "Jeff, suppers ready". It couldn't have been possible, so I asked my stepbrother about it and he said he heard it as "Sierra, your bath is ready"; and followed up by showing me the lyrics of it.

I think this is just a matter of it sounds awfully like what she wants it to say, and that it is just mumble-jumble. Honestly, what Islamic Extremist wants to indoctrinate their beliefs through baby toys. Besides, I doubt the child would even understand what the metaphorical "is light" would actually mean in context to Islam.
This is just an example of a woman who is freaking out over the wrong things.

What are the odds that the exact same bits of audio would be used? I'd think a lot lower then those of an image being reused even if they bought it from the same dealer. I've sold the same images to different companies. As far as them being used for the same basic purposes? Not so much. I think the coincidence is just way too big to ignore.

I don't know. It's kinda funny overall. I think there is a general overreaction. I mean, a doll and a video game are the most important influences in a child's life so it's not like these games/dolls will convert our children to Islam. It seems creepy, maybe it is coincidence and now we all hear it because we were told about it and we look to pick it out. Whatever, it's not that huge of a deal in the end. Just gives Jack Thompson something more to bitch about.

Thanks for that link to the political gaming blog site. Will have to remember that one

gotta get em while they are young, like the corner drug dealer always said ;)

YouTube - ''Islam is the Light'' returns...thanks to Nintendo DS

Hee hee. Apparently the answer to that poll question was to CONVERT and here I voted for kill. :rofl

The right answer was, "captivate."

The Islamic leaders would be thrilled if we all converted. But they know that universal conversion is unlikely.

And they would unhesitatingly kill a goodly number of us in order to make us eager to sue for peace, according to the instructions from their Holy Trilogy (Koran, Sira and Hadith).

But the greatest value we have to our Islamic masters would be as captives. As cash cows and workers we'd toil and pay taxes which would go to fuel Allah's global Kingdom.

What Islamic leaders? Or are you being dishonest and saying 'Islamic Leaders' so that you don't have to say 'A small minority of Islamic leaders'?

Do you really think 100% of all Muslims have to support Islamist activities in order for them to be successful?

Only 12% of all Americans ever wore a uniform in WWII yet they won a world wide war.

Yet you somehow overlook the fact that 30% of British Muslim students believe that killing in the name of Allah is ok or that 40% support incorporating Sharia law into British law.

ALMOST a third of British Muslim students believe killing in the name of Islam can be justified, according to a poll.

The study also found that two in five Muslims at university support the incorporation of Islamic sharia codes into British law.

The YouGov poll for the Centre for Social Cohesion (CSC) will raise concerns about the extent of campus radicalism. “Significant numbers appear to More.. hold beliefs which contravene democratic values,” said Han-nah Stuart, one of the report’s authors. “These results are deeply embarrassing for those who have said there is no extremism in British universities.”

The report was criticised by the country’s largest Muslim student body, Fosis, but Anthony Glees, professor of security and intelligence studies at Buckingham University, said: “The finding that a large number of students think it is okay to kill in the name of religion is alarming.

And there is little difference in the attitudes and societal behaviors of Muslims from nation to nation with similar Islamic population numbers.

So you can't say who are 'the Islamic leaders'? Your avoidance of your own dishonesty never ceases to amaze. Typical of in-box thinkers.

That the best you can do?

Which title sounds better to you, dhimmi or dummy?

That the best you can do?

Bhkad. You continue to avoid your own post. Why? Is it because you can't own up to your dishonesty?

Which title sounds better to you, dhimmi or dummy?

Neither. I slaughtered a blond headed blue eyed Mormon child last night. So sooner or later it'll be 'martyr'. ALLAH AKBAR!

Is that what they told you? That your highest usefulness to the cause would be as a martyr?

That's kind of an insult. While your recruiter uses his brains for Allah, he convinced you that you'd have to be the Muslim version of Steppin Fetchit who was only useful in servile or menial and mindless tasks.

By the way it's not smart to even kid around about being a terrorist, Einstein.

For the love of christ, there is a thread already discussing what "Islam Leaders" want to make us do in regards to be captive, convert, die, masturbate, whatever. Take it to that thread, jesus.
