    Sorry to necropost but I was wondering what happened to 1069. The kid was never convicted of anything. Judgment is being withheld in his case. No waiver needed. Or it's called "continued without a finding." Juveniles are given a break in court.

    It's a chance that the kid could go through life with no criminal record. He could have accepted judgement and not done this but he would have it on his record for the rest of his life.
