You must be appalled by the shredding of this document by the Socialists of American Party (SAPs) and the direction the country is headed.

As for wartime behavior by our military and the enemies we capture, we have standards for dealing with them and terrorists. They've been fine for treating enemies taken from the battle field for a good long while.

We also have Geneva Conventions; but these do not apply to terrorists.

We have a pretty good system, perhaps too lenient.

No my expectations/standards for my country are a bit more strict than our Constitution. Our constitution is pretty lenient in my opinion. Not even a smidgen as strict as the German constitution...
I have not actually read any reports of a German in an American P.O.W camp, nor a Vietnamese fighter in one, so I don't really know how their lives were. I doubt they were treated as horribly as the prisoners kept at Guantanamo. But this is pure speculation, I would be interested in finding out.

Please tell me exactly what a terrorist is.

That's because the federal government is not supposed to be answering everything. States created the feds... and are similar to independent countries with their own constitutions.

    LOL.

You are joking? These terrorists get food to fit their beliefs, time to pray 5-times daily, a Koran... these are terrorists.

    Unbelievable.

Please tell me exactly what a terrorist is.
Sorry... not going to waste my time. Why don't you tell me what one is?

    Fine I will.

Terrorists are any individuals who create a terrifying reaction, namely big explosions, neophobia, not death tolls, into a group of people or persons.

They also get their Koran shat on, and are treated to a cage. Not to mention waterboarding.

    Proof of the shatting?
    Let me help you.
The newly declassified accounts, written primarily in 2002 and 2003, were released in the aftermath of an international uproar over a now-retracted story by Newsweek magazine, which reported that an internal military investigation had confirmed that a Koran was flushed down a toilet. Some administration officials have blamed the story for sparking riots overseas that left 16 people dead.
    Inmates Alleged Koran Abuse

16 dead because the press rushed to smear Bush with feces. Not much different from the forged documents run by CBS and the NY Times... only nobody died... though it was designed to change the course of the 2004 presidential election.

You see, part of the terrorists scheme in such situations is to make claims of abuse, knowing people like you will weep for them, come to their aid, ****e on their protectors. They learned this lesson having watched your kind operate with the assistance of the Commi's during Vietnam.

I think a cage is fine for animals like these. But the detention center has gone beyond cages long ago. It's wasn't like they were put in Alaska having to live in cages. It's paradise where they're at. They should chill and enjoy the service.

Maybe we should have put them all in a very leaky boat and shipped them all home...

How else can you logically deal with a human virus bred and manipulated since birth?

There were terrorists captured and put in Gitmo, but all the people there weren't terrorists. I don't think anyone makes the argument that everyone in Gitmo was innocent; rather the argument was that the methodology we used to arrest people and throw them into there was so broad in scope that in the process of getting some of these terrorists we picked up a good number of innocent people as well.
You know the time is right to take control, we gotta take offense against the status quo

Tell me, you speak like you know the percentages and totals.
    What are they?

Hint: The numbers are so small, a "good number" looks like a pittance, especially as we are fighting an enemy that does not wear a uniform and uses civilians as cover.
