White House: Court has no authority to demand e-mails

Oh yes it does. You took an oath to uphold the law, and of course, you didn't. The direct evidence is your giving the middle finger to the courts. Right now, it's a lot of controversy, but not for long. As of Tuesday, you guys will no longer have a justice department that ignores criminal wrongdoing, and you are going to have to either OBEY the law or be prosecuted. You are NOT above the law, any more than the rest of us citizens are.

Just another nail in their combined traitorous coffin.

These guys never cared about Americans, America or our Constitution. They were always about themselves and what they wanted. Selfish. Entitled. Immune.

We shall see what we shall see.

I can't wait to see my avatar on the front page of every newspaper in the country.

Bush, Cheney and Co... the worst administration in history.

    Period.
Thank You Barack Obama for Restoring Honor To The Presidency.
President Obama will rank as one of our greatest presidents!

According to court documents filed Friday, the White House asserts that not all parts of the administration are held to the Federal Records Act.

Which parts of the administration aren't held to the Federal Records Act?
I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright daybreak of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality. - MLK

I would suspect that it is those who committed criminal activity.

Or Dick Cheney. Remember. He's not part of the executive branch.

Uh huh... Well let's see how it plays out in court.

Some statements are just too far gone. Yeah... they cared so little about America they prevented any further attacks on the homeland.

Strange... the same people that got support from Congress to go after Saddam just didn't care. No it was the Dems that really cared.

Eight years of Clinton waving his finger after every attack and doing nothing.
Eight years of Clinton where we saw our Intel agencies blocked from communicating with each other.
Eight years of Clinton gutting our defenses.

    But the Libs care...

What did the Dems care about?

    Power at all costs.

We learned the Dems vote sending troops to war was political expediency. Nothing could be lower.

The Dems... Jump on the wagon... then do a 180 when things get tough. Not only do a 180 but smear our troops in the process. How you folks can send people to war for political gain is pretty sad and sick... and the leftist rantings in this thread is a further indication of how rabid your lot is. A group with no moral rudder.

Just win baby... even if we give terrorists comfort and hope in the process.

    Yeah... you folks care... LOL.

I hope the socialists make an all out assault on Bush and his crew.
Call your representatives and Bring it on.

Destroy yourselves. You've got the rope... now use it.
