And Bubba the Butt Bandit can't wait until he hits the general population. I think the sentence for officers who are supposed to enforce the law should be harsher than everyone else. After all, they not only committed the crime, but also betrayed the citizens they took an oath to protect. I hope he gets life with Bubba without parole.

I put together a large multi-jurisdictional mobile data project in western Oklahoma. We were forced to exclude this guy's county because of the problems he was having.

Good to see justice is being done.

Wow this is just sickening. It reminds me of one of those terrible "women in prison" grindhouse movies from the 70's, except tragically acted out in real life. What really bothers me is that it took so long for this to come out. These women were being abused repeatedly for months without anyone intervening. This is one of the cases where the system really failed.

Another example of why we need protections from the govt ESPECIALLY when we are innocent and 'have nothing to hide.'

Every time we give law enforcement extra powers to fight [drugs, terrorism. the fnords] we give 9999 honest officers and agents some powers they may or may not need and we give one of these guys some extra power to make people's life hell.
Accountability is necessary.
