So now cops can use evidence they've collected in an illegal manner. Brought to you by the conservative half of the Supreme Court, confirming yet again that conservatives are complete liars when they claim to champion "small government", and are in fact little more then authoritarians. Great.

"To trigger the exclusionary rule,” Chief Justice Roberts wrote, “police conduct must be sufficiently deliberate that exclusion can meaningfully deter it, and sufficiently culpable that such deterrence is worth the price paid by the justice system.”
That price, the chief justice wrote, “is, of course, letting guilty and possibly dangerous defendants go free."

I do not like this at all. I am kind of shocked.

This will make it back to the supreme court, make no mistake! This is a mistake! x(
