Remember that legislation that set up the welfare line for failing corporations, who got there by being screwups? In it was a provision that 350 billion of it could be blocked by Congress if they chose to do so. Well, it seems that Congress may possibly have enough votes to do that, but no sure thing. However, there is one sure thing. Obama has promised to veto that block, should it be successful.

Don't forget, if you or I screw up, we pay for it. If THEY screw up, they get rewarded with welfare money.

Some change, huh?
