CAIRO, Egypt – Al-Qaida's No. 2 leader lashed out at President-elect Barack Obama in a new audio message Tuesday, accusing him of not doing anything to stop Israel's offensive in the Gaza Strip, according to an intelligence monitoring center.

The recording purportedly by Ayman al-Zawahiri was al-Qaida's first comments on the Gaza crisis since Israel launched its offensive against the Islamic militants of Hamas on Dec. 27.

Oh yes, because the left here in America support Al-Qaida. They were dancing in the streets on 9/11 and have always discussed their disdain for the Afghanistan war. :roll:

I drive by a very liberal college almost every day on my way home. Once a week they're out there with their picket signs protesting Israel and supporting Palestine. I don't see that changing any time soon no matter how nutty their cause becomes.

Interesting - I thought we killed the al-Qaeda number 2 guy a few weeks ago.... Wait, it was a year ago.... Oops, actually it was a couple of years ago... And we will kill the al-Qaeda number 2 again a few weeks from now. According to the news reports, we have killed him a gajillion times already. :mrgreen:

So when you arrest a mob boss's #2 another one does not step up to the #2 position?

I wouldn't go that far. I liken them to the old anti-anti-Communists. You know, these people that hated the anti-Communists far more than they hated the Communists? Now we have the anti-anti-Islamofascists. They're likely the same people. They don't intend to defend the Islamofascists, but they hate worse than the Islamofascists those who are willing to fight back against Islamofascists.

In fact, they're the same ones who won't necessarily defend Hamas and Hezbollah, but they absolutely hate worse than those terrorists those fighting Hamas and Hezbollah. So much so that they call the Jews the new SS, allege that Israel is committing genocide, etc.

Disgusting people, really.

Actually, I give those reports the same credibility as I gave those inflated body counts of the enemy during Vietnam.
