    Major Israeli settlement 'unlawful'

    Link
BBC NEWS | Middle East | Major Israeli settlement 'unlawful'
    Quote from article:

"The issue is that the Arabs don't want the Jews here," she says, over cups of English tea.

She says it is immaterial how much land is offered as part of a potential peace deal; she cites the failure of the talks at Camp David at the end of the Clinton presidency.

The Arabs, she says, are not after a particular area of territory. "That's not what they want. They want us out."

And therein lies the rub, how can peace ever be established between Palestine and Israel?

While the Palestinians are being brainwashed by Hamas and its propaganda arm ... there will be no peace.

Hamas and its supporters, followers, and sympathizers need to be squashed.

Once the terrorist wing of Palestine is gone --- a generation free of islam-o-indoctrination can flourish. Then the disease of perverted Islam will begin to clear up.

Both sides are terrorist States. The only reason why Israel has any clout is because of its U.S. support. Withdraw that support and let them duke it out. I could care less at this point. The region has devolved into savagery on both sides. Both sides are fraught with dishonest politicians who never keep their promises regarding peace, both sides are engaging in tactics that are illegal under international law (except no one can table a bill against Israel at the UN because the U.S. will veto it instantly), and both sides don't understand the meaning of compromise.

Why side with one party when they both hate each other dearly?

Nothing would be left for Palestine to "duke it out" with.

How strange, because I quoted from the article, at the link that I gave.
The paragraph I copied directly from that article.
May i respectfully suggest you divert your eyes from your a$$ and READ the article before you make silly comments.

    Re: Major Israeli settlement 'unlawful'

Anyne bother to look to see who declared the settlements 'unlawful'?

Israeli settlements on occupied territory are seen as illegal by the rest of the world. But now an Israeli human rights group is saying that even under Israeli law, one of the most significant and well-established settlements is unlawful.

The human rights group B'tselem has published a report in which it states that almost 60% of the settlement of Ofra has been built on land which remains in private Palestinian ownership
Well HELL... if B'tselem says so, it MUST be so!!

    Oh, and by the way...

Israeli settlements on occupied territory are seen as illegal by the rest of the world
If it illegal to keep and then 'occupy' land you won in wartime -- where are the cries to liberate East Prussia from its Polish occupiers?
