Aide Says Jackson Approached Investigators on Corruption
CHICAGO — Representative Jesse L. Jackson Jr. has shared information about public corruption with federal prosecutors over the years, though he has not talked to them about charges that Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich of Illinois was trying to sell an appointment to a Senate seat that Mr. Jackson was seeking, the congressman’s spokesman said Tuesday.
If this is true. I applaud him. It is what any politician with integrity should have done.
