Well using music as torture seems to be more serius then that.

Music torture - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One other intersting aspect is what copyright should mean? In USA and more and more in the rest of the world is focused on just money. That the creator or the person the bought the right to a music should have the right to get all the money he can get. This also means that a lot of lobbying and also juridicial force is used to fight file sharing. But it's very little focus on other forms of artistic rights like for example that the creator have the right to stop certain use of his music. That should a creator have the right to stop the uses in harsh interogation methods, light torture or torture (depending on how music is used and it's combination with other methods):

I'd be more than happy to sell the government my music for the use of torture. There's no such thing as bad promotion.

If you think that's true, then try selling Death Metal to a group of Jehovah's Witnesses.
