Gawd no. Bankruptcies laws are awesome for the rich.

I know a lot of middle income people that used it during the housing crisis.
some of it was on them for taking on to much.

Regular folks declare bankruptcy everyday in this country.

Yeah, explain to me which bankruptcy laws you find 'awesome' and why.

I'll wait.

Couldn't help making it personal, could you? :lamo

You've never taken responsibility for pushing the clearly fake bank account statement that Khan was paid 375k by the Clinton Foundation, you've got no right to talk about personal responsibility.

That again? :lamo

How long are you going to drag that around? I bet you're mad as **** that Clinton paid Kahn all that money and she lost anyway. :lamo

Ask Middleground. She said it.

Nope she said the ones that apply to people with multi billion/million(the rich) dollar investments are awesome. That is true. It's why they can rebuild their networth even after losing billions.

Now, which bankruptcy laws for Joe the Plumber -- who was making 40-50K, but is now losing his 142K home because of job injuries -- are awesome?

I can wait.

It's cute you believe what you do.

Truly.

Yesterday was the single greatest day of Shadenfreude ever.

And I didn't even vote for the guy in the primary.

Lol

Are you saying bankruptcy laws are bad? Or, is this another of your bait-n-switch games thatbyou like to play?

I'll wait for your answer.

Are you saying bankruptcy laws are bad?

I'm asking you which ones are awesome.

Go on. Impress us with your understanding of bankruptcy laws applicable for people making under 100K.

I'll wait.

A message that emphasizes personal responsibility appears to make many people uncomfortable.

Explain to me how a movement that compels an ideology of cult-like collectivism and cuts back the opportunities afforded to individuals can possibly foster personal responsibility.

I'd be interested in substantiation that Trump's 'movement' (if that's really what it is, I'm not so sure) compels "an ideology of cult-like collectivism and cuts back the opportunities afforded to individuals". I don't believe that it does.

I don't know all the components of liberal/socialist progressivism, nor why it's cult-like collectivism and cut backs to opportunities attract people to it, so I can't answer your question properly.

I honestly don't understand why anyone would be attracted to an ideology, and it's related agenda, that requires someone to turn over their future, and their aspirations, to politicians and government whim.

You're going to have to explain that to me.
