Trump Officially Wins Michigan Amid Calls for a Recount

Read the infrastructure plan. It's all about investment percentages and tax rebates. It briefly gets flowery about how construction is the engine of employment, but then offers zero mechanisms for expanding existing employment.
 
I have a hunch that Trump's "infrastructure program" will be little more than a giant kickback to construction companies.
