President-elect Donald Trump’s charitable foundation has admitted to the IRS that it violated a legal prohibition against “self-dealing,” which bars nonprofit leaders from using their charity’s money to help themselves, their businesses or their families.That admission was contained in the Donald J. Trump Foundation’s IRS tax filings for 2015, which were recently posted online at the nonprofit-tracking site GuideStar. A GuideStar spokesman said the forms were uploaded by the Trump Foundation’s law firm, Morgan, Lewis and Bockius.
The Post could not immediately confirm if the same forms had actually been sent to the IRS.
In one section of the form, the IRS asked if the Trump Foundation had transferred “income or assets to a disqualified person.” A disqualified person, in this context, might be Trump — the foundation’s president — or a member of his family, or a Trump-owned business.
The foundation checked “yes.”

That's not at all what it means. That little check box just means that the foundation paid a "disqualified person" for normal business services and that the payment was not excessive.

While we're discussing this stuff someone might also want to note that Trump's foundation took in $784k in contributions then turns around and granted nearly $900k for a 115% charitable effect. You also might want to look at the organizations the foundation gave money to. Unlike the Clinton foundation which gave 97% of its money to other Clinton charities Trump passed the money around to law enforcement organizations, military organizations, schools and hospitals.

$10k went to the Apollo Theater Foundation. Strange, I thought Trump was a racist.
$20k went to the Susan G Komen foundation. Strange, I thought Trump hated women.
$100k went to Comic Relief. Strange, I thought Trump hated foreigners.
$10k went to the LAByrinth Theater Company. Strange, I thought Trump hated ethnically diverse acting companies.
$20k went to Project Veritas. Strange, I thought he hated Hillary Clinton.

Wait, that last one actually makes perfect sense.:lamo

Another drube in denial. His boy is "one and done" IF he even makes it that long. The majority of this country can't stand the guy. Maybe just a matter of time before he's impeached.

So far everywhere I've been outside a major metropolitan area the Trump signs are still up. Whether they liked him or not a whole lot of folks figured they had a better shot with him than with Hillary.

Watching you support a lifelong liberal friend of the Clintons only because he beat the Clintons is why people don't really take much stock in your accusations that danarhea is not a conservative. There's something decidedly less rabid in danarhea's ideological positions.

Here, since I was wrong about Trump's election let's make a bet on Hillary getting prosecuted much less convicted. She gets convicted of anything meriting 5-10 years we donate that much to the forum. She gets convicted for 30-35, we donate as much to the forum. So on and so forth.

Get it? I have no way out, no tricks will be played, a simple donation will be made.

Maggie, I've pretty much included an admission that Trump has won in every one of my posts. Do you think anybody is willing to take my bet? Trump has admitted he gives money to politicians like the Clintons. Trump is from New York, do you think he never had to buy a favor from the Clintons?
