....Has not been terrible. Did he learn how to act presidential in the last 2 weeks? If he had been acting with this kind of moderation and openly admonishing the hateful elements that supported his campaign, then I think many people would have been much less inclined to despise him. How do the Trump people feel about this last few days where he has tempered his views on Obamacare, certainly changed his rhetoric on illegal immigrants and the wall a little, publically supported not going after gay marriage with legislation (I know he didn't say much on this during the campaign), and chosen a pretty typical group of insiders and lobbyists for many positions in his cabinet?

None of that matters. I don't see him completing a full term. I say he'll be booted out of office or step down on his own and go back to building golf courses and hotels.

I like the provisions he is wanting to keep from Obamacare, I want to see how he proposes to implement a solution. I never thought he was going to hunt down illegals, just enforce the laws, and who even really cared about changing LGBT rights except the RR and liberals?

I knew he wasn't going to be a die hard conservative in all of his views.

ROTFLOL...

The Corrupt News Network, and their followers, like you, have been dead wrong at every turn...

... and there he is.

President Elect Donald Trump.

A doer.

And we're laughing now.

I'd bet my arsenal of guitars that his supporters are going to be in for a rude awakening within a few years when they realize that the right wing fantasy that he's been selling them was just that. He's already starting to flip on some of the the goodies that have gotten the right wingers all giddy.

You got a Rickenbacker in there? Sun burst? I'll take that, and put up a 1973 Gibson Les Paul Recording.

I've never expected Trump to be a Ted Cruz conservative, but he did hit on many key issues, the illegal invasion being a primary concern.

His appointing Bannon is a pretty good signal of his direction :)

He hasn't flipped on anything yet... let's see what happens.

Until then, keep doing that doo-whacka-doo you do so well.

Telecasters, Martin's and Gibson Acoustics. He's not going after Clinton, He's backed off his NATO rhetoric, He's started to back down on Obamacare. Oh and I'm confident that he'll do very little to zero on the biggest right wing fantasy, building the magical "wall" and jettisoning the illegals. He's not going to interfere with that machine.

He does seem to have calmed down a bit. I was extremely surprised by his acceptance speech.

As far as his stances those were mostly the same he had while running. They were a few parts (preexisting conditions in particular) of Obamacare that he said would likely be kept. He was always against "illegal" immigrants not immigration. As far as LBGT, I seen one video where he was talking about fighting for rights for them and even had the Trump supporters cheering during the campaign.

My brother has a 71 or 72 Telecaster. Another has a Martin... there was an Ovation in there too.

As for Trump... time will tell :)

Can you point to where he said this because he completely neglected to mention in during the national debate? I haven't watched all of his rallies of course but he was all "repeal and replace" every time I saw him

A+

That's my grade so far.

This is going to be great, I can feel it.

We survived all the broken Obama's broken promises. We are hardened to the challenge.

Hillary wanted to play dirty, and she should have known better than to try that with Trump with The Clinton Crime Family baggage.

She asked for it, she got it... Toyota.

What's funny is during the last 2 weeks, Trump was hammering his message, and Hillary was going low... because she had no message.

I tried to post a link but didn't work. Ontheissues.org has a quote from one of the debates against Cruz where he talks about it.
