Breitbart funded the writing of the book, and now they are giving it away free.
The source was RMS.
Here's the Wiki page, please note all the corrections the publishers had to do after publication.

I hadn't heard about the Neera Tanden emails, but I would not disagree with her assessment of Brock.
Schweizer is an editor-at-large for Breitbart and I assume they pay him for his work, is that your point?
Harper-Collins published the book.
I think you may be confusing the film with the book vis-a-vis Breitbart giving something away.
The book was a best seller.
It's a legit piece of work that you shouldn't let yourself dismiss because Brock and Salon said so.
The NYT, through their own investigation, confirmed some of the story lines in Clinton Cash as noted in your link.
I know about the "corrections".
There were several. "all the corrections" is a mis-characterization and corrections to a book after publication is not unusual.
One listed in the piece was ... "FactCheck.org found Schweizer's assertion that Clinton, as Secretary of State, could have stopped Russia from buying a company with extensive uranium mining operations in the U.S. to be false."
That may also be a mis-characterization because Schweizer didn't say Hillary could have stopped the Uranium deal. He made a point of saying her objections could have "kicked it up to the President".
(FactCheck and Politifact both do that a lot ... they declare to be false a claim no one made. Clever, but a dishonest practice for a fact checker)
Another related point Schweizer made was that Hillary had, up to then, been a hard-liner on foreign investments in USA strategic assets. Not so with this one that made them and the Foundation big bucks.
What on earth is RMS?
Pretty much anyone can edit wikipedia but regardless, that link was quite favorable to the book. I'm surprised you posted it.
And
"Media Matters criticized these two newspapers for failing to report in a timely fashion on inaccuracies that had been discovered in the book." was my point about Brock.
A whole lot of insanity about a lot of things can be traced to Brock.
Oh, and Salon doesn't like Schweizer either. Big surprise.
