YOU are the one who made the claim the Hatch Act applied to Federal judges. How about you trot out the language of the Act and prove what you're claiming.

I'm pretty sure you can't.

You got it. There was proof that there were plans to do it, or it was being done already, or the judge wouldn't have granted a restraining order.

Clinton has not broken the law, and she most certainly isn't sending off-duty armed law enforcement to "certain areas" to "watch things." That's the stuff that neo-Nazis do.

And people in third world countries.
