An eye for an eye tooth for a tooth is not a strong argument. Those are two different instances. So let's argue about the facts. If you want to use dirty tactics one can include when Hillary Clinton said it's okay to use a public server to send classified information because Colin Powell did it. That's more relevant to your argument.

I'm not appalled. I don't give a damn. What anyone else may have done is irrelevant to the question whether Mrs. Clinton violated section 793(f). Mr. Comey made quite clear she had. His remarks about intent were disingenuous. He knows very well that a violation of 793(f) does not require bad intent, but only gross negligence. And he himself had just finished saying that Clinton had been extremely careless in her handling of the emails.

Clinton is a damned Marxist liar, and your attempts to whitewash her are feeble. But knock yourself out--she is history anyway.

No, I am not whitewashing. Was she foolish and stupid? Yup. But, if the FBI has not arrested her, then she is not guilty of committing any crimes.

Again, you're accusing her if committing crimes that have not been proven. No wonder many of you believed she ran a pedo ring in the basement of a pizzeria. Mrs. Clinton is a Marxist liar who violated section 793(f) of the Espionage Act. She was not arrested or prosecuted for that crime because the fix was in. Her fellow Marxist liar, who has been disgracing the presidency for the past eight years, rigged things through Ms. Lynch to make sure nothing was done. Obama had good reason, because he almost certainly violated the Espionage Act himself by responding to some of those emails Mrs. Clinton sent through insecure channels, even though they contained highly classified information relating to the national defense.

Your assertion is silly, and it shows the intelligent people reading this thread how desperately you are grasping at straws to try to cover Hillary Clinton's backside. If the failure to arrest or prosecute a person for a crime were proof the person was not guilty of it, then none of the senior Nazis who managed to escape the Nurenberg Trials could have been guilty of any war crime. But as most sentient people know very well, these people were guilty of many war crimes, even if they were not caught and tried for them.

That is a convenient way for people who lack the knowledge and skills they need to keep up in a debate to beg off it, while putting up an unconvincing veneer of superiority as they slink away. I am more convinced than ever just that the members of Mrs. Clinton's rear guard are, on the whole, a pretty unimpressive lot.
