Americans should vote for Donald Trump as president next month or risk being dragged into a nuclear war, according to a Russian ultra-nationalist ally of President Vladimir Putin who likes to compare himself to the U.S. Republican candidate.

Many Russians regard Zhirinovsky as a clownish figure who makes outspoken statements to grab attention but he is also widely viewed as a faithful servant of Kremlin policy, sometimes used to float radical opinions to test public reaction.

With a resume CV like that, I'd think Trump would be eager to have him somewhere on his staff. He can take the office between Steve Bannon, and Rudy Giuliani, right down the hall from KellyAnne Conway. I bet Michelle Bachman is on his speed-dial!

In 1991 this guy finished 3rd in Russia's first presidential election. His platform... "cheap Vodka on every corner for the men, and better underwear for the women." He claimed the future of politics in Russia was "impossible without" him. That Russia should "embrace their empire" and build a "Second great wall... like China's."

He obtained 6.2 million Russian votes, it must have been the vodka and underwear bit.

Oh, I forgot... he calls himself a "liberal democrat."

Yep.

As family and faith become more and more rare, and we normalize the absurd to feel better about our sins and bad behavior, the world is regressing into a cesspool of moral equivalency normally found in the animal kingdom.

I think Clinton knows what to do and will do it. Trump will know what to do and do it to, but we don't know what this is? He probably doesn't know what he is doing. To win the Presidency you have to know what you are doing and he did not know (and I didn't tell him) you have to start sounding Presidential. You may win a Primary acting as he did, but then you must get serious, and I know Donald Trump is serious and the first thing he's going to say when he's elected is that the American people just made a serious mistake.
 
I can see Putin nuking something somewhere just to see what we'd do.

Good Lord, the United States looks so feeble and weak these days.
