Anyone who remembers Zhirinovsky knows that he's been around since the time of Yeltsin and Gorbachev - he's a guy who always makes outlandish statements - he literally talks and sounds like the town drunk. Why the hell anyone would dignify them by taking them seriously is beyond me - other than the fact that media are so hellishly alarmist against Trump that they'll dig up anyone including Charles Manson to babble darkly about The Donald. The anti-Trump media are willing to grab some homeless person off the street to rant about how Trump tosses out perfectly good fruit into the trash. Whatever one thinks about Trump, the media have continued to dig a deeper and deeper hole for their credibility. So-called MSM are completely in the territory of tabloid journalism now, for the purposes of this election.

There is no question that Trump does not have the experience and probably does not have the intellectual basis to recognize the the structure of the problem unless someone introduces him to it. Clinton does have experience that should have made her aware of it, but neither her husband nor she in the State department gave any indication of such awareness.

My head isn't in the sand. I'm aware there are some asshole terrorist groups out there who hate America and will sometimes attack us. And I'm also aware that, on average, those people are killing fewer Americans than stairs so you'll forgive me for not having this terrified response you are having.

Instead, I'll go on with my life and let our professional antiterrorist people do what they do, because clearly they're doing a pretty good job.

Are you aware of the mass terrorist attacks this year in Europe and here? Are you aware that Chicago gangs are killing young blacks at record rates? Have you looked at the atrocities in Africa and Syria? Are you aware of Russia's aggression in the Crimea? Are you taking notice of the unrest in Venezuela and Argentina?
