No one's building a case, the guy already admitted to it on tape. He sexually assaults women because he knows he's rich/famous enough to get away it. Those are his own words. And if this seems somehow like an unfair interpretation to you (how, I have no idea), his hand-picked surrogate confirmed this morning that this is the correct interpretation of his words.

Don't worry, he's not going to jail. He's just not going to the White House

Did they say no if he tried?
If they felt sexually assaulted then surely they would have filed a police report.
He would have been arrested. To my knowledge no such report or arrest has taken place.

Yet his wife who publicly and privately went after those women is
