To me, the disclosure of Hillary's speeches to Wall Street are more important than the disclosure of some mere jock-talk Trump did on a bus.
The fact that Hillary explicitly said it was better to project one face to the public and another in private, shows her blatantly two-faced nature.
She wants to cut social security - but will Libs hold her accountable on this?
She wants to sign TPP - but will Libs hold her accountable on this?
She's in the hip pocket of big banks - but will Libs hold her accountable on this?
This is why so many Bernie voters refuse to get on the Hillary bandwagon even despite Bernie himself urging them to.
I wonder what Bernie's going to say about these latest disclosures?
The Trump voters seem to be such a clueless lot. Their candidate has a litany of evidence supporting the fact he is ignorant, arrogant, narcissistic, thin-skinned, vindictive, vile, crass, impulsive, misogynistic and grossly inexperienced. Each of these qualities would be a big wart on any candidate, but collectively create a character that should no where near the White House. Any time evidence is put forth highlighting one of Trump's ten deadly sins, the Trump supporter shrugs it off and pivots to something about Hillary.
I get you don't like Hillary.... but, the correct approach to this was to put of a candidate that would be an improvement over Hillary AND could actually beat her. Trump is neither. Let's face it, Republicans, you screwed up: you trusted the wrong guy and now have what you didn't want: President Clinton. Trump can not win solely because of the overabundance of his warts (see above)... there are so many that each example occupies the news cycle and reminds voters just how flawed this guy is.
As to the "two-faces" of politicians, are you really that naive? All politicians have two faces (as do businessmen).... Politics is the art of the possible; its not about having your way. Its about compromise. You have an idea of where you would like things, but in the end, you have to get things done, consistent with your objectives AND consistent with the objectives of your constituency. Your constituency never fully understands an issue or the objections (and power) of the opposition. Your job is to get the best deal you can (which is never what you want) and then sell the result to your constituency that does not fully understand (the proverbial sausage making).
There is no shock in anything in Hillary's e-mails that is even remotely on par with the consistent flow of evidence of just what a wretch of a man Trump is.
