Correct. An all-embracing absolutist ideology and a political programme. Which conflict with Western post-enlightenment values including free expression, democracy and equality before the law. It is Islam that is the danger - not 'radical' Islam or 'extreme' Islam, just plain old every-day Islam.

I'll never forget after the Boston Bombings, the liberal media argued that the Tsarnaev brothers were white (e.g.: Salon, NYT) and that this changed the nature of the attack.

What they fail to realize is this isn't a race thing. These are religious-ideological attacks!

Very true. Political Islam is as strong as ever mostly due to the Islamic revival as well as oil wealth allowing the Gulf states to export Wahhabism.

They will never settle until the global Caliphate is established!

If Rahami had no involvement in the incident why doesn't he just turn himself in? He should help the police clear him as a person of interest. Heck, maybe he has the key to solving the crime. As some has stated he is a US citizen. Seems he should be willing to help law enforcement out.:mrgreen:

I will wait till the investigation reports are out to draw a final conclusion. However, a person of interest that is also announced as possible armed and dangerous does not sit well for Khan being so innocent.

yea because people remove the safety mechanisms and put them in public places plugged in so that they blow up all the time unintentionally (yes I am being sarcastic as well )

Don't know probably a lot these pressure cookers are under high pressure. A single manufacturing flaw could cause a disaster. I won't allow one in my house

sure it is along with blasting the crap out of their leadership. Obama bravely removed most troops from Iraq and Afghanistan and said no to terrorists who want to kill 3000 Americans in one day.

Good! But even better would be a law against killing and injuring people (and dogs says Maja) using ANY MEANS WHATSOEVER. That should solve the problem.

At least police have captured this rat, although not until he had managed to shoot one of them. Let's see if they can find out what other rats he was working with, and where they are. I wonder if B. Hussein Obama will let his Justice Dept. prosecute Rahami for the federal crimes he almost certainly has committed, or order it not to, as he did with Mrs. Clinton.
