Given that it was campaigned on in '08, included in the original reform bills, and actually passed by the House (but never the Senate) in Nov. 2009, I suppose you could say that.

The plan was for this ACA to collapse the healthcare system and then implement their crappy single payer.
All this public option will do is cost working class people more taxes and more money.
that is all liberals do is take my money and my families money and give it to someone else.
I get 0 benefit from their destructive war on working people.
I will never be a liberal ever and I will never support their destructive anti-worker laws or bills.
I have yet to meet a liberal that wants to put more money in my pocket but sure likes to take it.
