Perfection in judicial matters is an impossibly high goal - it's not something you will ever, ever find. Why? Because it involves human beings.

And concerning your claim about Colorado:

Innocence Project client Robert Dewey was released from Colorado’s Mesa County Courthouse on April 30 after DNA testing proved his innocence in a 1994 Grand Junction murder.

As with so many other issues, I used to support the death penalty...but I've come to realize that perfection is flatly impossible in any judicial system by, of, and for human beings - there will ALWAYS be some who are wrongly convicted. That's why I'm against the death penalty.

That's exactly what we're being told. The huckster versus the harridan are each saying they're better than the other guy. Some suckers are backing Trump because, they say, they want to stick their finger in the eye of the Washington elites.

Sorry, but Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are both Washington elites, both liberal Democrats, both New Yorkers by birth or by choice.

If you want to tell the Washington elites, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it any more," don't settle for the two elites they've presented you as choices. Vote for anyone but Sen. Clinton or Mr. Trump. When you're told, "You have to pick one of the two," just say, "No we don't."

An amazing characteristic? How so? How is being from New York "an amazing characteristic"? There are plenty of Republicans in NY outside of NYC. NYC also elected a Republican in Rudy Giuliani who seems to love Trump. You still haven't come close to answering what relevance it is to be born in NY.

I realize you'll gladly give the Supreme Court vote to Hillary. And won't vote for law and order, despite your claims.

The reality is brilliantly clear... Obama/Hillary have no intent to uphold our immigration laws, protect our borders, or ensure a strong military... And they **** on our police.

Not too clear thinking, but hey... in the past months I've realized you're welded to your dislike of Trump, and it clouds your thinking.

I won't "give" the Supreme Court to either Democrat who is running - Hillary Clinton nor Donald Trump. If it makes you feel good "giving" the Supreme Court to a lifelong Liberal who wants universal healthcare, partial birth abortions, and gun bans, and who believes Hillary Clinton is an honest woman and the best Secretary of State ever, you deserve ridicule. He capitalized on people like you.

Ah, okay. I understand. Even though everything he has said since announcing for office is different than what he said for the first 68 years of his life, you simply believe him. Because you apparently can be bamboozled easily. No wonder you're a Trump supporter.

I don't dislike Trump any more than I dislike Hillary. He's a lifelong liberal fraud, just like she is. Unlike you, I won't embarrass myself to support him.
