There's a big, big difference between being grateful to be born here...and being patriotic and having a clue about realpolitik. And the conservatives who support Trump seem to have forgotten about the Cold War, or are too young to remember that it was a deadly serious matter indeed...or are simply too naive to see the very real danger in getting too close to Br'er Putin.

I think this move was a stroke of political genius!

A reality TV star presents his physical's results summary on TV - to a reality show doctor!

If the TV show's doc's reception was sanguine (it apparently was), Mr. Trump can now claim he's done his part in being transparent, and is confirmed physically fit for office by high authority - and he gets tons of free national publicity to boot!

However if the TV show doc had issues with the report, Trump could dramatically dismiss him as being a reality show star and therefore not credible.

Dr. Oz self-servingly used Trump for ratings, and Trump gave him an end-run by surprising him with his physical's results, cornering him into a confirmation of his good health!

Pure genius!

Somewhere I'm sure, P.T. Barnum is having a good laugh while displaying a wry smile of admiration ...

This post might have merit.

She was the proponent of Trump's new Childcare entitlement, which may cause some earlier alienated working women to give him a second-look. And that demo would definitely include suburban women, which are his Achilles Heel due to his earlier female alienating actions.

You should make sure to add your view of Trump supporters to Hillary's Deplorable comments so voters see exactly how they will be treated should Hillary win the election.

I fully encourage as much public exposure to this messaging as can be made.
 
Whatever was on the paper Trump handed to Oz, only Trump and Oz know. Nobody else (outside Trump's campaign) has seen that paper; nobody else knows what's on it. It hasn't been made public, and even journalists, who weren't allowed at the taping, haven't gotten to see it.

P. T. Barnum had nothing on Trump, and the Circus is in town!

"Many of them outright lies"? Really? Perhaps you should engage in some due diligence and read up on Manafort's career history, to see if perhaps you're the one who's been getting a bit tipsy on the grape Kool-Aid.

  • He has liver and thyroid function tests within normal range.
  • Trump has had an annual physical exam and last had a colonoscopy in 2013, which showed normal results.
  • An EKG and chest X-ray in April showed normal results.
  • Trump does not drink alcohol or use tobacco.

Of most concern to me is that last bullet point. Not sure I trust anyone who doesn't enjoy a good adult beverage every now and then.

Is it a fair statement then that if he is hiding something simply because he hasn't released it, that Hillary is hiding something serious because not only would she not release it but she bleach bit it, destroyed it and hammered it to death? I personally believe that no matter what is on Trump's financial records the media will make nothing into some big monster storm. I can understand why he wouldn't release them. You know, maybe he gave 10 million to charity and they felt he was being cheap and should have given 20 million. But as for transparency, I've personally never seen a more corrupt agent(s) as Hillary and Bill Clinton are and as how they run their foundation.

Since Trump has not contributed to his OWN charity since 2008 I doubt he has given anything of note to charity. But it his income that is stopping him since it would prove him a liar. Not to mention how little in taxes he pays.

LOL....are you serious? Its nothing short of hypocrisy for a Trump supporter to even TRY to talk about Transparency. The man is obviously hiding something. Something that he has determine is more harmful to him in releasing than taking the flack by not releasing them. However, the American people have a right to know and SHOULD demand it of him. What foreign nations is his doing business with? This could present serious conflict of interest issues. Is he going to do the right thing for American interests or for the interests of his corporations and pocket book? These are questions that the American people have a right to know. Hilary released 40 years of records.
