This is my opinion on all elective surgeries requested by inmates. They can have family members set up social funding pages, advocacy groups can set up a charity to help cover the cost. The medical officials concluding these procedures could set up "Prisoners without Penises" to donate their time and knowledge to offer free surgeries.

$24,000 tax dollars could buy enough hot dogs to feed thousands of hungry kids for a week, or it could be used to cut off one criminals wiener.

Is she with confined or does she get time with other prisoners? If so, male or female prisoners?
