CANNON BALL, N.D. — A North Dakota county has issued a warrant for the arrest of Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, who is accused of spray-painting construction equipment during a protest against the Dakota Access pipeline.
Stein was charged Wednesday in Morton County with misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Oops, seems that the Green Party nominee committed vandalism.

So what we have essentially running in the United States presidential race, is a orange man with a badger on his head, two female criminals, and dummy. People wonder why people think elections are a joke. If someone put this in a fiction novel no one would believe them.

Looks like contrail / vax momma is uping her game.

I'll have to try that warrant trick to get more attention for myself.

Is she really anti vax? I'm just wondering because I believe she's an MD

Since when is the destruction of private property a good thing?

When it's collateral damage from a Shock & Awe Campaign conducted by the Pentagon.

It was just an answer to your rhetorical question. Sorry it makes you uncomfortable. You have a nice day too.

Nope had nothing to do with the topic or what I said.

Weren't you wondering when the destruction of private property was a good thing?

Didn't I answer that?

Wouldn't it be great if the laws of the nation were applied equally to all?

Maybe if the DOJ was based in North Dakota...

She spray painted a message on the blade of a bulldozer, she didn't "destroy private property", or even damage it. Stop with the drama. And no, I don't in any way support Stien or the whacky Greens.

It's stupefying to me that your justification for why it's wrong to stop someone from bulldozing burial grounds (and try to stop risking access to clean water) is predicated upon the notion it's wrong to damage bulldozing people's property. The irony and hypocrisy is painful.

That is vandalism and illegal. The company now has to get it washed off etc...
That costs money and time.

No drama at all.

It is stupefying to me that you attempt to justify illegal activity. We have a thing called a court of law if they want to stop them from bulldozing.

If it is an Indian burial site where they did bury their dead it is already protected by federal law just like all other
Grave sites in the US, and the company doing the pipe line is doing an illegal act unless they have a permit.

Oh bull****, It will wear off in short order.

The drama is right here, right now.

Bulldozers are working vehicles, and don't need no bath for the most part. Spray paint does not harm the equipment, they're already painted most times.

A little civil disobedience is good for the soul and helps build character.

You apparently don't understand what civil disobedience is. You would do yourself a service by, for once, reading about the topic before you go on blathering about it.

You don't seem to understand what vandalism is and it is a crime.
You should try reading about the topic before blathering about it.

You should also see that there are federal laws that protect burial grounds of any sort including
Indians burial grounds.

Actually, spray painting someone else's property IS vandalism.

I never said it wasn't vandalism, I was pointing out that no "private property was destroyed". In this case, a little spray paint on the front of a bulldozer's blade, nothing was damaged in any way.
