Donald Trump is jetting to Mexico City on Wednesday for a meeting with Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, just hours before he delivers a high-stakes speech in Arizona to clarify his views on immigration policy, according to people in the United States and Mexico familiar with the discussions.Peña Nieto last Friday invited both Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton to visit Mexico, his office said in a statement provided to The Washington Post on Tuesday night.
Trump, sensing an opportunity, decided over the weekend to accept the invitation and push for a visit this week, according to the people familiar with the discussions.
Late Tuesday, Trump and the Mexican president confirmed that they will be meeting Wednesday.
“I have accepted the invitation of President Enrique Pena Nieto, of Mexico, and look very much forward to meeting him tomorrow,” Trump tweeted Tuesday night. Shortly after, Peña Nieto’s office tweeted that “El Señor” Donald Trump has accepted the invitation and will meet Wednesday privately with Peña Nieto.

Oh. My. God.
This is actually happening.
Remember: Mexico is going to pay for Trumps giant wall. And Mexico is sending "rapists and some might be good people".

And dont forget:

Well, we'll see how it goes, but I'm guessing Obama and Hillary aren't very pleased.

I'm guessing Hillary and Obama couldn't care less. You really think THIS is going to be the game-changer Trump needs?

It doesn't take much imagination to throw out a thought for how this will turn out.

Trump on Twitter: "See, I told you we're going to get Mexico to pay for it!"

Nieto: "That's not what I said."

I bet they are currently doing an action similar to this: :lamo

Interesting.

He's also going to a black Detroit church this Saturday.

So, he seems to be earnestly trying to get some bona fides.

Good for him!

That's how he's gonna get black people to vote for him.

He should bring a bottle of hot sauce with him. And he can speak ebonics, too.

Oh...I don't think this will be a "game changer", but Hillary will certainly have to adjust her "attack Trump" plans a bit.

At any rate, this is the 2nd time this month Trump is looking more Presidential that either Obama or Hillary.

Like Hillary, eh?

Well, I'm no fan of Trump - but I've got to give him credit for walking right into the lions' den, no matter the motive.

Why?

At any rate, this is the 2nd time this month Trump is looking more Presidential that either Obama or Hillary.

How does this make Trump look "Presidential"?

Yes, the 30-second photo op where he wasn't wanted was a real "Presidential" moment.

Funny -- Obama leaves the country to do something presidential, and you guys whine about Taxpayers Spending Money On Vacations. Trump leaves the country for a photo op, and he's acting "Presidential."

Well regardless, I wanna see how that whole debacle turns out.

She's spending all her time debate prepping and fund-raising. Now she'll have to change her preps to account for possible outcomes of this meeting...some of which could be bad news for her.

How does this make Trump look "Presidential"?

Because he's taking the lead...something Hillary seems to have a problem with unless it's leading an attack against Trump.

Hillary seems to have no plans or ideas. Trump is doing exactly what candidates are supposed to do.

Trump in his mind, is the Presumed President. He won't sit back and expect it to come to him. He would be a fool to expect external forces to pull him across the finish line.

Hillary is a comatose as her "Oh, so smug followers". Trump is in it to win it. Hillary is there... Because.

Maybe Obama should start leaving the country to "do something presidential" more often...as long as it's on his own dime.

LOL!!

My guess is Hillary is indeed quite pleased. In fact, she is probably rolling on the floor laughing at the Donald walking into a situation he can not win.

Wow, good one! I guess going to summits isn't "presidential" enough for you.
