1.) Wrong that would be your assumption, i have said this case COULD be denied or ruled against, I have never said it is settled I have even talked about other cases and said this may or may not change in the future and be nationally protected. Your mistake.
But THIS case is in fact about the 8th because the documents make it that way. this case COULD lose, it is still based on the 8th.
