Report: Donald Trump's companies at least $650 million in debt

I can't blame Trump at all for not releasing the returns while he is being audited.

The press would rip them apart and give the IRS more ammunition to use against him.

My opinion.
I think the vast majority of people, both voting for and undecided, do not care about his tax returns.
The only people who do are team Clinton (for obvious purposes) and anti Trump people, who regularly engage in political discussion.

Your average person isn't going to bother to look over the minutiae of his returns.
At best, they'll filter their information through the news.

Would you change your potential vote if his returns were squeaky clean?
Do bother answering, I already know.

It doesn't make sense to you, but it does to me.

So "most people don't care about his tax returns" because you don't care. Right. Well I do care, therefore everybody cares.

That didn't make any sense.

If that's the way you feel, that's fine.
I say it's my opinion, clearly I could be wrong, but I suspect I'm not.

Well, there's a simple enough way to find out, I suppose (I think you know what's coming).

I seriously doubt it would happen.
Best case scenario, they're clean and no one says anything else about it.

Worst, they're dirty or clean and someone correctly/spins a story about it.
Too much risk, no gain for publishing them.

That didn't make any sense.

Yes it did.

The IRS is looking for something to hang him with.

With so many people reporting on it, trying to make him look bad, it would get blown into something it probably isn't.
