Gerald DeLemus, a politically active New Hampshire man, has become the first of 19 defendants to strike a plea deal in the 2014 Bunkerville standoff.

Federal prosecutors describe DeLemus, who has been in custody for more than five months, as a “gunman and midlevel organizer” in the Bundy family-led scheme to assault law enforcement officers who had rounded up Bundy cattle.

One down, and 18 to go. And, BTW, DeLemus was a Trump Campaign official. He was co-chair of Veterans for Trump in New Hampshire until his arrest in Nevada. He is striking a deal to get his sentence reduced from 6 years in prison for conspiracy to assault Federal law enforcement officers.

I am sure that Trump will make excuses for him. Will he go so far to say that assassinating the judge overseeing the case is acceptable? Only time will tell. Oh, something else. The judge is a Latina. LOL.

Too bad the same standards don't apply to BLM.

Makes excuses for a bunch of yahoos who were stupid enough to point rifles at FBI agents.

Do you think BLM rioters should be held to the same standard?

Why do you think the same standard does not apply?

BLM may have some supporters that are thugs, arsonist, and criminals of all levels. But their is no evidence that I have seen that they use armed occupation of federal land as a tactic. They seem to prefer looting and burning without orders from leaders in power. Once those who commit the crimes are found they are prosecuted. Just like these criminals who took over federal land.

If anything these folks will not answer for the petty vandalism they caused the same way person spraypainting a wall with #BLM would

What does Trump have to do with any of this?

They do. The law applies equally to them as well.

Please stop daydreaming.

The law does not apply equally in that generally the police stand back and allow the crimes to take place where BLM is concerned.

These criminals illegally occupied federal land for over a month commiting acts of vandalism. That is pretty stand backish

Yes that is true, but they were not let go free. They are being prosecuted.

How many of the looters or the people that burn **** in the riot get prosecuted? Very few if any.

Really? Fascinating! What evidence is there of that?

You want evidence that the majority of the criminals looting and destroying property don't get arrested or prosecuted?

Don't you already know this?

Baltimore riots lead to 202 arrests, 159 fires - Baltimore Sun

235 arrests associated with the Baltimore riots including the person who set fire to the CVS he got 4 years.

Your perception of the thug element of BLM getting a free pass just isn't the reality of It.

No, I don't need evidence of that.

I need evidence that BLM members enjoy that privilege, as per your assertion.
